MS2000pH / MS2012pH from the MICROSYST series of portable devices are designed to measure the activity of hydrogen ions (pH). Portable pH meters work with combined pH electrodes and have automatic calibration and automatic temperature correction of the calibration buffers. • Три основни режима на архивиране:

– Автоматичен Старт/Стоп – устройството започва архив при преминаване на стройността на Канал 1 над зададената Стартова стойност и продължава до преминаването под зададена стойност за Стоп. Ако тази стойността за СТОП е по-голяма отстойността за СТАРТсе превключва на логика ‘охлаждане’ – архивът стартира при измерена величина по-малка от СТОП и спира при по-голяма от стойността за СТАРТ.

– Архиви по експерименти – ако е избрана тази опция, данните снемани от устройството се записват в отделни файлове за всеки отчет. Обратно, данните от един ден се записват в един файл за деня или ако са повече от един ден се в отделни файлове по дни.

– Разрешен външен ключ – ако е избрана тази опция външния ключ става независим инициатор на архив. Единият период трябва да се зададе =0. Всяко превключване на външния ключ към период ≠0 стартира нов файл, а към период=0 спира записа.

MS8126 на МИКРОСИСТ е контролер, предназначен за измерване и регулиране на различни технологични величини. Той е с универсален вход за най – често срещаните термосъпротивления, термодвойки и линейни сигнали. Контролерът има възможност за четири-, три- или двупроводна схема на свързване на термосъпротивлението. MS8126 има два изолирани аналогови изхода и три дискретни изхода, с които могат да се реализират различни закони за управление – P, PI или PID (избират се програмно), 2- или 3-позиционен режим. Изходите се управляват чрез импулси с променлива продължителност (ШИМ), има възможност за задаване на различни времена за формиране на “положителен” (К1) и “отрицателен” (К2) изход. Входният сигнал, аналоговите изходи и интерфейса RS485 са изолирани един от друг и от захранването.

Всички данни се запазват в енергонезависима памет, включително и текущото състояние на контролера, т.е. след отпадане на захранващото напрежение, той влиза в същия режим на управление, в който е бил преди неговото отпадане.

Осигурено е безударно превключване между автоматичен и ръчен режим с директно наблюдение на процесната променлива (Pv), заданието (SP) и изхода (Out). Посредством функция Autotuning (самонастройка) лесно се настройват параметрите за П, ПИ или ПИД режим.

MS DataLogger Network 3.02 provides the ability to monitor data in tabular and graphical form, create files based on a selected portion of the data, create files with calculations of the pasteurization effect of canned goods, and convert data into text format for further processing by another program.
