MS6016 r2019-06-24_BG |
MS6016 is designed for measurement and control of various technological quantities. The analog input is hardware-defined and user-selectable through the request code. The input can be a linear, resistive temperature sensor, thermocouple or other on request.
The controller has the ability to programmatically enable/disable a root function during linearization of the input quantity.
The device has 4 discrete outputs – K1, K2, K3, K4. The discrete outputs implement ON/OFF control with one-way hysteresis and turn-on delay. The shutdown is immediate. All outputs have independent set points and are controlled by two own limits (setpoints) – lower ALo and upper AHi. Each of these sets for each output can be excluded from control via a parameter.
The controller also has an analog transmitter isolated output that transmits the input quantity into a unified output current or voltage signal. If analog outputs are configured, both current and voltage outputs are outputted in hardware, but they cannot operate simultaneously. The type of output is determined by a parameter. Depending on the connection, the current output can be active or passive.
MS6016 communicates via MODBUS RTU protocol, via an isolated RS485 line (option upon request), which allows remote monitoring of processes and setting of various parameters and modes of up to 32 or 256 /with a special driver/ connected controllers (without repeater).
The controller provides current-limited and galvanically protected voltages for powering transmitters and for its analog outputs.
All parameters are saved in non-volatile memory, including the current state of the controller.
