H 201F-BB has a flat measuring surface. H 201F-BB is a combined pH / reference electrode. The electrode is filled with gel and does not need to be recharged.

The basic rubber lining is recommended for measuring the flow of the most common liquids such as wastewater, irrigation water, rainwater, slurry, cooling purposes and many other water-based liquids in various industrial processes.

The Teflon lining provides high chemical and thermal resistance as well as health safety. Therefore, they are suitable for applications in the chemical, dairy, food and other industries with similar requirements. They are typically used for measuring the flow in drinking water, wine and related products, syrup, milk, whey, beer and other food consumables. Among other things, they are resistant to cleaning lyes or acids that are used in such applications on a daily basis.

The basic dimensions and the built-in length of the flow tube comply with ISO standards. However, customized designs with other flange types (ANSI, BS, JIS, …) and custom built-in lengths can be supplied.

Flanged flow tubes are equipped with an earth electrode at the factory, while earthing rings can be included on request. This ensures flawless operation of the flow meter at all times, even when installed in plastic pipelines.

The sensor covers are made from a stainless steel SS304 (SS316L), to meet hygienic requirements and requirements to operate in aggressive and humid environments. For operations with particularly aggressive influences (high relative humidity, acidic or alkaline environment, high / low temperatures, …). These sensors can be delivered in a separate design – the transducer (flowmeter display unit) is connected to the sensor with a shielded cable up to 40 m long, then it may be located outside of these areas. Separate sensor design can optionally be made with IP68 protection.

These aseptic thread flow meters are only made with Teflon liner, and with a choice from several sensing electrode materials (316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C, titanium, tantalum,…).

These sensors are commonly used to measure the flow of drinking water, wine products, fruit juices, milk, whey, beer and other. It also resists cleaning lyes and acids that are used daily in these industries. The PTFE liner and the flowmeter itself meet hygienic requirements.

Standardly, these sensors are equipped with SS316L stainless steel electrodes, suitable for measuring common water-based liquids. Especially for the measurement of dairy products the Hastelloy C22 electrodes are recommended. For very aggressive chemicals, Tantal or Titan electrodes are used. The suitability of using a particular electrode material depends on the temperature, chemical composition and concentration of the measured liquid.

The stainless steel finishing meets better hygienic requirements and requirements to operate in aggressive and humid environments. These flowtubes are only made with Teflon liner. As every our flow sensors, the sensing electrode material can be 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C, titanium, tantalum,… The maximum allowable pressure of these sensors is PN25. The housing of these sensors is finished by a powder coating or brushed stainless steel (needs to be specified by an order). The stainless steel design is recommended in an environment with a permanent humidity like in the breveries, dairies and similar industry. These flow meters are convenient to measure acid or alkaline solutions as well as various kinds of chemicals (lyes, acids, ammonia, hydrogen chloride, cleaning agents, …).

The flowtube contact faces have spigots that align with recesses in the connecting flanges. This arrangement ensures precise flowtube centering within the pipe thus eliminating any potential metering errors from flowtube improper installation. It is therefore useful to order the flow meters with our original installation sets that contain flanges with appropriate recesses. These flanges are also fitted with connecting terminals for earthing conductors. Installation sets may also be custom specified with respect to installation length and type of connection (DIN 11851 aseptic thread for food industry, DIN 32676 clamp connection, etc.)
Earthing rings are also available on request. This guarantees flawless flow meter operation at all times even for installations in electrical non-conductive materials (plastic, concrete,… pipeline). All materials to be in contact with the medium under measurement are certified for permanent contact with drinking water (edibles) and hot utility water.
Our flow meters are thus suitable for all kinds of food processing applications to measure flow of drinking water, wine and related products, milk, whey, beer, fruit juices and other food consumables. Besides other, they resist cleaning lyes or acids that are used in such applications on a daily basis. They furthermore meet specific requirement in most chemical facilities.
